I was truly impressed with this facility for many reasons-very clean, reasonable prices, easily accessible units with multiple entrances to the climate controlled units along with a flatbed cart for customers to use. The best part though was the manager, Nicole. She listened to my needs and offered me the best solution making the process super easy. And thanks to her my 10 yr old daughter’s new favorite place is our storage unit. But only if Nicole is there 😊

This is a great facility. It is located not far from I-30 in a very secure and safe area. The manager, Stori and her team are always so caring and welcoming to the patrons at this location. They were able to help accommodate my move in when I wasn’t able to be there in person, and be very supportive with informing me of insurance options that would help the maintenance of my items. They also run great promotions for new renters, and are some of the most respectful customer service providers I’ve worked with.

They’re also hiring, for anyone who’s also responsible and customer service oriented looking for a good work environment.
