Great spot for a bunch of cool stuff. Huge selection of some of the best regular and sport kites. Dunes are a great place to visit and fly kites. Lots of little shops also.

The dolphin cruise was great! We saw a lot of dolphins, they even came quite close to the boat. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly. We didn’t have to take advantage of this, but they do offer a rebook if you don’t see dolphins, and I appreciated knowing that was an option after last years tour with a different company where we didn’t see any dolphins and were not offered any compensation.

My wife and I have traveled 3 plus hours several times just to visit this specific location of Kitty Hawk Kites. The assistant manager Adam in the kite section has been the absolute best with every question I have thrown at him. He has always been so happy to assist me, even over the phone, and I have enjoyed every kite I have purchased from him. Most recently, he helped me on the purchase of an HQ Symphony Pro 2.2 and helped me convert it to quad line. That afternoon on the dunes I had it flying in ways I hadn't been able to before. Great store, excellent staff, and always a great time at this location!
