Great experience shopping there. Staff is so helpful. Couldn't believe they were how many items they carried like canvases for painting, notebooks, cosmetics, and many other items. The place was at Haygood Shopping Center off independence blvd and haygood road in virginia beach va.

The checkout process is typically very good, but I had an experience yesterday around 3-4pm where the young girl who assisted me was rude and had an attitude. It might be beneficial to provide her with additional training on customer service to help improve interactions with customers. Thank you for considering this feedback!

Bathroom always out of order. I had to leave all the items in the shopping cart because my toddler had to go to the restroom. Only option was to go next door. Such an inconvenience. I honestly believe they just close them for customers. So unfortunate for shoppers with little ones. They cant always wait or hold it. Do better five below.

On last Wednesday I visited this store. I knew what I wanted as I had my mind set to get in and out. I was trying to get the attention of a worker, but he didn't hear me. Another worker took care of my concern. The previous worker walked me to the item and got it off of the shelf for me. I got that item and found one more item and went to check my items out. I liked how there were cashiers at the checkout area. My cashier was Ms. Theresa. She was very friendly and helpful!!! From the time I entered the store until I left, I experienced excellent customer service!! All three of the representatives insured that my needs were taking care of and that I had a great shopping experience!! THANK YOU!!! # Friendly # Helpful # Quick checkout process

5 Below is a new addition to Haygood Shopping Center formerly occupied by Rite Aid Pharmacy.

While shopping their neighbor Marshalls I noticed they just opened and checked them out. I was immediately greeted by staff, so a great start.

The store is bright and lovely. Everything seemed organized and clean. They ate known for the $5 deals, or less. Five Below carries a bit of everything.

Although I did not purchase anything on this visit I can see myself returning as I frequent the strip.
