I requested an estimate for cigarette smoke odo removal as a rental property owner. Looking for a repeat business to bill insurance after a smoking related claim. The team was unprofessional and unaccommodating unwilling to put down any rates in writing. This leads me to believe that they are not trained and no skilled to remove cigarettes smoke from rental properties. Highly recommend contacting a different company with an Ozone machine for cigarette smoke removal. Do not do business with this team
