This place is terrible everything is moldy and black mold and barely covered with paint, theres also a lot of holes so bugs will come inside your apartment. I put 5 stars just so y’all could see this review. DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS absolutely disgusting I have no words to express myself but everything is so poorly maintained. Maintenance takes a while to get to your apartment to check your request. I’d say 0 stars overall even Motel 6 is better than these apartments.

No ventilation what so ever in the apartment. This really weird pipe in the bathroom that drips water and makes my bathtub yellow that I have to clean all the time. Fitness room has practically no dumbbells. No grip attachments for the cable machines plus cant even go all the way on the weight because the tied the cable to short so the pin doesn’t lock into place on the last couple of weights so the max you can go is like 60lbs. People drive by playing loud music at night (not the apartments fault just a perk of the area). Neighbors constantly hanging outside late at night talking super loud to the point I can hear every word in their conversation while Im trying to sleep. My rent magically went up 100$ after the first couple months along with a hidden 25$ service fee. Door dings on my car ever since I moved in. Maintenance doesn’t actually fix the issues i’ve placed work orders for or they do the absolute bare minimum to fix it. The carpet ever since I moved in has smelled like spaghettio’s.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

My wife and I went in for a tour and Mirna Hernandez was very helpful and made us feel welcomed. She has been the sweetest leasing manger we have encountered in such a long time!! She was very honest and realistic which we respect and appreciate. The property was nice and we can really see ourselves making this place our next home.

Don’t do it!!! Go spend your hard earned money someplace better TRUST me 🤦🏽‍♂️ I wish i someone told me about this place before I came here. I have 2 children i am trying to raise and it is so hard and disgusting because this place is infested with ROACHES. The Unit they show you is kept up to date and of course they keep the office clean but they rush to make the unit ready and DO NOT DO IT RIGT. they do not answer the phone and if they do they tell you that YOU have to fill out the work order because they do not have time. they charge you pest control fee but you will never see a pest control truck out here ever. i have lived here with my children for 7 months and they are just now trying to send people to my apartment. it is so sick and disgusting to be sleeping in the bed with my 2 babies and i wake up slapping bugs off of my arms. ive emailed them but i guess they forgot about me. the pest control kid is finally coming tomorrow so i guess that is good news. i hope they get this under control like they say they do because i am ready to take legal action i have pictures videos and witnesses ( aka company that have came over and seen for themselves). this is a safety hazard to my babies and they have ignored us enough. please do not fall for it.
