I had a wonderful experience visiting Rise Spring Point Apartments! Dee was the lady who assisted my Dad, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was friendly, professional, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my visit. I truly appreciated her time and the way she made me feel comfortable and valued. Do yourself a favor and think carefully before moving here.
We lived here for years and were never late on rent. Someone tore down our assigned parking sign, and it took more than a month for management to replace the space number. We also never received a refund for the $25 we paid for that parking spot.
When we moved out, we were charged a large fee for allegedly failing to give 60 days’ notice, even though we submitted the notice through the app. If you use the app for anything important, take screenshots and save proof, because management later claimed they never received ours.
We also had repeated hot-water problems, including periods when we went without reliable hot water for months. On top of that, leaks from the ceiling caused flooding inside our home. I have photos and videos documenting the damage.
Please be aware of these issues before deciding to live here. If you have no other option, document absolutely everything.

I want to give a big thank you to Harold and Allen from the maintenance team! They were friendly, funny, and incredibly helpful. They responded quickly to my maintenance request and took the time to explain exactly what had gone wrong and how they fixed it. I really appreciated their professionalism, positive attitude, and great customer service. Thank you both for making the experience so easy!

Great friendly service !! Dawn, Christina, and Lisa were very helpful I thought I had no hope due to my background but they didn’t give up on me . They got me approved and was happier for me than myself . It’s hard trying to find a place to stay nowadays and I honestly think I will be here for more than a year . Very nice looking apartments as well as the pool and gym area . I’m very happy thanks again for everything 🙏🏾

I had an issue with my garbage disposal when I did the maintenance request. I was told that it wasn’t considered an emergency that Maintenance was working on another issue somewhere that they consider to be an emergency and though to them my garbage disposal issue was an emergency to me because I was smelling the file order and it bagged up in my dishwasher and I was told to put my hand in the garbage disposal and fill around because sometimes somethings can be clogged that really rubbed me the wrong way And then on top of that My neighbor had an issue and decided to use me as an example and says something to the manager, which he told a half truth. She felt the need to call me on my job to let me know what my neighbor said, and I’m assuming she probably thought I was gonna lie about it which I did not I said yes there was something that I said, but he added a whole lot of stuff that I did not say, I felt that that was very unprofessional of her to call me on my job about some nonsense like that
