I'd like to give these guys a good review, they seemed like pleasant enough people, but they really were not equipped to service our appliances (a Wolf induction stove top and Miele dishwasher). We got to them via a lead farming site, I didn't even recognize the name of the company when they arrived but figured we'd go forward anyway (the factory authorized appliance repair folks couldn't get to us for a some days).
The tech came in a spent a few hours trying to determine the cause of our issues but apparently didn't know how to do diagnostics on either appliance. I learned this when the factory authorized folks did come (different for each appliance) and watched the Wolf tech access diagnostics from the control panel (Action guy did not do this, in fact he need to look at our user manual for ideas); the second rep who came to service the Miele was able to also access diagnostic codes and call Meile support directly for help in trouble shooting.
With regard to Action, the rep told me that for the Wolf we needed a $1,500 part and it was on back oder, pretty sure he pulled that out of the air given he didn't run the diagnostics nor pull the glass top off for visual inspection of the circuitry (the Wolf authorized rep was able to show me what they'd look for).
The rep left telling me I'd get an emailed quote. He said nothing about the dishwasher, just let it run while he was playing with the stove top.
When no quote came I called Action and was told a parts managers would get back to me. A few days of silence later I called again and was once again told someone would get back to me. A few days later I called and said I was pretty unhappy and was ready to write this review at which point the person who answered the phone hung up on me. A few hours later a manager did call, was polite enough, shared that the rep who visited had decades of experience and they were prepared to do the $1,500 repair. Of course, in the intervening time I had had the manufacturer authorized techs out and no longer needed Action.
Note, as recorded in a few other reviews, they also wanted to assess a 4% credit card service fee, this is illegal in CO (Colorado Senate Bill 21-091), max fee that can be charged is either the actual fee the vendor is assessd or 2%, whichever is lowest.
So, tread carefully with these guys particularly if you've Wolf/Subzero or Miele appliances.

We had a great experience with Action Appliance. They responded quickly and were able to get our washer diagnosed and repaired within a very short timeframe.
TJ was the initial technician who came out, diagnosed the issue, and ordered the part we needed. Carlos came the following day to complete the repair. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with.
We also really appreciated everyone we spoke with on the phone throughout the process. Communication was clear, the response time was excellent, and the entire experience felt organized and professional from start to finish.
We would definitely recommend Action Appliance to anyone needing appliance repair.

Job was done quickly and efficiently! My freezer and fridge died one night and they came out same night to diagnose the problem and get a part for me by the next morning. Alan arrived to fix my refrigerator and freezer the next morning right on time and was incredibly kind and courteous and he also went above and beyond for me. Could not ask for better service and could not recommend more highly!

Had someone come out to look at my dryer that was drying on and off. charge was $154+ just to come look at it. Was quoted more than $800 to fix PART of it. I declined. Tech left screws that were from the dryer and my husband had to run after him to replace them where he had taken them from. Dryer dented and paint missing on the side where he pried the front of the dryer off and now the dryer will not work at all. Called to report the damage and aske for a partial refund and was told they would speak with the tech and get back to me the next day. I never heard from anyone and just called again and was told they did not have internet access until today and my ticket was removed.
I received a call last night and was told that the tech said he did not damage anything nor leave grease marks. I tried to send pictures of the damage but was told there is nowhere to send pictures. I was also told that the pm manager would have to speak with the am manager in order to decide if I could get a $15 refund due to damage. I asked for the owners number and was refused. Rudest customer service I have ever experienced - DO NOT USE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
