Editing my review. I used to use To the T exclusively, and was even on their club plan. My card on file expired, and no one ever told me. I went six months without paying the monthly dues and didn't realize it because I didn't need their services, so it wasn't at the forefront of my mind. When I needed them again a couple of months ago, I sent them an email like I usually do (I get a water tank flush yearly) and they didn't respond to me. I sent them another email a week later, and still no response. I called several times as well in between that time and they never answered me once. I left several voicemails and no one got back to me. Finally when they responded to my email, they immediately asked if I wanted to rejoin their club plan. I told them yes, because I never intended to cancel it. This email to them to this day has yet to be responded to. I have since gotten a different business to perform the water flush. And I plan to never do business with this company again. VERY unprofessional.

Hector and assistant Gavin did excellent work! Friendly, knowledgeable, good with pets, very considerate, and thorough. Hector has worked on a couple projects at our home now, and we are very satisfied with his work. Office staff are friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. While a technical issue delayed me getting a response from their office over the weekend and getting service scheduled, all worked out well and the problem, a clogged kitchen sink drain, was seen to promptly. My only issue is the pricing structure feels quite steep. However, they were willing to work with me to get the price to a more reasonable feeling place and I really appreciate that.

Our AC went out on one of the hottest days and technicians arrived within an hour of my phone call. They were knowledgeable and got us all taken care of very quickly. We are so grateful!

Very friendly and knowledgeable group. Karen in the office is professional and understanding of the needs of the client. The service techs at To The T are up to date on all equipment they service and install. I would highly recommend this amazing group of guys and women for any plumbing, hvac ,and electrical needs.
