I called late on a Saturday night of a holiday weekend and Jason called back, assessed the problem and came to fix first thing on Sunday morning. He was professional, explained every action he was taking and why, and was super easy and pleasant to deal with. This single woman really appreciated the respectful treatment and helpful suggestions for moving forward. Highly recommend!

They were able to get to us on the same day we called. The communication was excellent. Disraeli our technician explained everything he was doing and why. Unfortunately he had to complete the work in our crawl space which was an add cost. I thought the price I paid for the work was very fair. He also cleaned up the area he was working on under the kitchen sink. I would highly recommend Big Apple Plumbing. I know they are my go to company for not only our house but our 2 rentals we have!

So Thankful, to the Big Apple Plumbing team came home after a trip away to find our home with no hot water, and the water heater tripping the breaker. After speaking to Jason, who completely understood our frustration let me know the process and was able to get a tech, Disraeli onsite within a couple hrs (showed up early). Disraeli did an amazing job, I was shocked how quickly he was able to remove and replace the water heater and had hot water restored by that afternoon.

Truly thankful!!

Big Apple installed new electric hot water heater for me today. The arrangements and installation were seamless. Jason the owner handled the entire transaction. I appreciate his competence and honesty. I knew exactly what the job would cost and was amazed that Big Apple delivered and installed a new hot water heater in less than 2 hours. I’d recommend Big Apple Plumbing to anyone needing an honest and reliable plumber. Thank you.

I was recommended Big Apple by my brother-in-law who is an architect and used them for his home. From the beginning with a phone call, Jason was very compassionate and cared that we had no hot water and wanted to make sure he get someone quick. I had an appointment scheduled for a few hours later.

Disraeli showed up and was very professional and respectful of the property and great with my two crazy dogs.

He pointed out the issues and recommended a new water heater. He understood our budget and wasn’t trying to oversell but find the right water heater. He also installed a water pressure regulator as our house didn’t come with one.

He was very attentive to his job and paid attention to all the small details like water pressure and temperature for the hot water.

He also wheeled the old water heater away too which was a blessing because we were concerned how we were going to do that.

I highly recommend Big Apple Plumbing. They are reasonable in price, very professional, do great work and care for the customer!
