From the moment I made an emergency plumbing call, to the end of the project work I ended up getting done… Ross answered all my questions and also educated me on his entire process.

I am by no means a plumber, but with seeing Ross work and the way he explained it all… I feel I have a good amount of knowledge to know a little about what I’m talking about when this subject comes up.

It truly felt like Ross had all my best interests, including for my future home owning. I am now proud to say I have peace of mind with the repipe work done, and converting over to a tankless setup.

I can’t recommend enough the Roto Rooter team, and especially if you are lucky enough to get Ross to do the project requested.

Had a plumbing emergency on a holiday (of course, that's the way it goes, right?). Initially tried calling 2 other companies that were both closed. My toilets were backed up and even had water backing up into my shower, so it couldn't wait. I called Roto-Rooter and the woman who answered was so nice and helpful, and they were able to send someone out in a about 3 hours. Marcus was my service technician and he was very nice amd knowledgeable. He promptly got to work taking care of the backup to clear my line. He worked hard to get my main line cleared, and he made sure everything was good and draining/flushing completely properly and consistently before he left. I was so appreciative that he got us squared away!

You know you got the best plumber ever when they come behind the mistakes and issues from another company that left you high and dry. I was so fortunate to get Tyler M at Roto-Rooter. Tyler evaluated the sewer work to be done and approached like the Pro that he is. Clearly, he is extremely knowledgeable and experienced to know what was needed with my 45 year old home. He treated my home like he was doing this job for himself, with care and strong commitment until the results he expected were accomplished. That’s the kind of licensed plumber you want showing up at your door. Thank you Tyler for being yourself who cares about a job well done. If only we could duplicate you all over the world but thank you Roto- Rooter for hiring the best!

Ross is personable, considerate, and professional. He performed an excellent job, keeping me notified as he progressed. He double checked everywhere for gas leaks and the exhaust for my new water heater. He extended my water turn-off valve so I can reach it.
I was given a 9-11 o'clock window, and am unhappy about receiving a call at 7:17 am saying he would " be there within the hour". He arrived about 8:15. I am not a morning person and expected to sleep until 8:30.
Better to have crumby scheduling and an excellent repairman than the other was around.

Awesome service during a terrible situation. Life happens and when our kitchen drain failed causing an active leak in our kitchen and basement, we made a blind call to the first number that popped up. Thank goodness we did! Manny and Brandon took great care when they came out to ensure that all of our water damage was properly mitigated. They came every day to monitor the moisture levels and make sure that everything was drying properly. When the cabinets were removed and they found more mold, they came right back out to remove it all and make it safe for us and our kids. Great communication and hard work! I hope I never have to call them again but if we ever have another water issue, they’ll be the first ones I call!
