As a homeowner, these guys did an amazing job helping me rent a lift when I didn't really know what I was doing. I had reserved one type, and they called to ask what project I was doing to make sure it was the right one. Turned out it wasn't, and they set me up with a better one. Then they sent a tech out when it was delivered to give me some training. Kolan (the sales associate) was very communicative/responsive throughout the whole process, very easy to work with.

We hired a ‘seasoned’ operator who requested specific equipment that has since changed controls in newer models of the same machine. What a nightmare.

The staff, and especially AL, we’re absolutely amazing to work with. These people are some of the most professional, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful staff of any business I’ve worked with. I highly recommend doing business with them, I certainly will the next time we need equipment. Character matters to me and AL has my utmost respect. Emery the CS rep, was also very friendly, helpful & reachable during the entire rental.

I rented a trailer from them and I am glad I did. Really easy to work with and they use the proper hitch (pintle hitch) rather than a ball to make sure you can handle heavy loads. I feel the price on the trailer was fair and the people at the front desk and in the yard were attentive and quick.

Herc Rentals has always taken care of us and our equipment needs. When our truck broke down a few years ago they were able to source us a similar one at a very good rate and every year I rent a forklift to unload our skids of soils. Brian is always very nice and helpful and remember us and our orders. If I ever need equipment I call them first. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service and lack of follow up. I spoke to Brian(Assistant manager) 7/8/19. My contractor used equipment from this location, it broke down in my back yard. Herc came to pick up the bobcat. The vehicle they used to pick up the bobcat damaged 4 sections of my concrete slab. Brian said the manager would be in Wednesday and would call me Thursday. Brian said to email him my issue, pictures of the damaged slabs and contact information, I did later that day. Thursday came and gone and I heard nothing. I forwarded my original email on 7/24 to Brian and stated see below, I am following up because I heard nothing. I emailed corporate 3 days before I called(8/2) and no response. I called corporate 8/2, the customer service guy I spoke to listened to my issue but made it seem like it was my contractors fault the slabs were damaged. I tried to get him to understand, Herc picked up the broken down bobcat so Herc is responsible. The damage was not there before they came. The customer service guy put me on hold, called the store, said the manager was out but would call me the following week to discuss my issue. Today is 8/19/19(17 days later) and I haven't heard anything. Not contacting me confirms you are liable for what you damaged. Maybe I should seek counsel.
