Ordered 1) steak fajita taco combo which didn’t come with grilled peppers and onions (was literally just dry meat in tortillas), 2) a protein bowl that didn’t come with a fork to eat it with and was mediocre tasting, 3) beef nachos that didn’t have any beef on them, only beans and cheese, 4) a chicken fajita quesadilla that was way over salted, and 5) the combo drink had so much ice in it that it only took about 2 sips to finish all of the liquid. I know my expectations should be low for fast food Mexican, but to not get a single thing in our order correct is pretty terrible. We will never be back and hope others have better experiences.

Excellent service from Isaac, Megan and Regina! Food was great too…but please fix the AC asap!!! Restaurant felt 🥵 uncomfortably warm since the AC never turned on while we enjoyed our lunch. Other than that, great service! Thanks !!!

The store opened at 6:00 am.
At 6:10, I put in an order for a dozen and a half of tacos. I picked them up at 6:30 and my order was perfect. Staff was cheerful and friendly. I appreciate the great service. Thank you 🤗🩷🩷

Huge shoutout to Destiny! She made our whole visit awesome. Her energy, kindness, and attention to customers really stand out. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and makes everyone feel welcome. The tacos were delicious and packed with flavor 🌮 but honestly Destiny’s service is what made the experience unforgettable. If you come here, hope you get Destiny taking care of you!

I picked up a mobile order that I placed , for flautas and sopapillas. I didnt see an option to get the free pico de gallo they offer or salsas , so I figured I'd get some at the window when they typically ask. An old woman was at the window , didnt greet us just asked for the name, gave us the order and shut the window in our faces without saying anything else. We waited until we finally got her attention again, which was just her staring at us blankly, and we asked for some pico. She responded with " you didnt ask for anything on the order" while staring at us oddly , and then we had to ask again like 3 times for the FREE pico de gallo they usually offer anyways. Im not sure why this was such an issue. The flautas were fine , but the sopapillas looked like someone dropped half the bottle of cinnamon on them and served them anyways. I love cinnamon but they were inedible and burnt. Very unhappy.
