Tsourmas is always very attentive, responsive to each issue, and very friendly and understanding. Since switching to her care, talking about and switching medication has been less of a hassle.

I'm writing to share my disappointing experience with Dr. Jessica Tsourmas. I sought her help as someone with Asperger's syndrome, hoping to find a supportive and understanding provider. Our initial discussions seemed promising, and I appreciated her interest in my needs.
However, things took a concerning turn when she causally asked to call my father and then billed this as a half hour therapy session without my explicit consent, which made me feel uneasy about our therapeutic relationship. Despite this, I was willing to move forward.
Unfortunately, Dr. Tsourmas soon informed me that she'd be dropping me as a patient due to her heavy workload and desire for a less stressful schedule – surprising, given that she only works two days a week. What's more troubling is that she took on new patients despite knowing her workload would lead to burnout.
The timing of her decision to drop me as a patient was particularly inconvenient. She informed me on June 30, 2025, just nine days before our scheduled appointment on July 9th, which coincided with the July 4th holiday weekend. This short notice left me with limited options for finding a new provider, forcing me to consider another professional within the same organization.
As someone who's vulnerable due to my Asperger's, I felt disheartened by Dr. Tsourmas's decision. It seemed like she prioritized her own needs over her patients', leaving me feeling uncertain and frustrated. Given her workload, I question the wisdom of taking on new patients, especially when it comes to providing adequate care and support.
I wouldn't recommend Lifestance or Dr. Tsourmas to new patients at this time. Her approach seems to prioritize her own convenience over her patients' needs, which can lead to wasted time and money. If you're seeking a provider who genuinely cares about your well-being, you might want to look elsewhere.

It's was very good it went well it's a nice place they make you feel welcome
