Torn about this place. Dan is meticulous, and got to safety issues on our RAM that we were unaware of and for that we are grateful, however, when we began asking questions about the work being done, Shy and her tech took a totally different attitude. We were made to feel like we were in the wrong for wanting to know what our daily mounting bill was repairing. They finished the work on a Friday. Friday evening when we started up the truck it made a roar like a jet engine. Stopped in at Sager again Monday morning to have it checked out. Shy relayed the problem to her tech, and without even coming out of the shop, the tech said it was just the new fan and we weren’t used to it yet. Now 500 miles away from Sager, and after investing nearly $10,000, we are headed back to WI and have a fan clutch that’s not disengaging.

Their customer communication was on point. Their texted links were easy to navigate. They give a free full inspection with, easy to understand, descriptions and photos. They work quick, and notify you when things are completed. They also have a great after hours key drop off and pickup. Overall I LOVED working with them for an easy, worry free, quick fix to the few issues my car was having. Would HIGHLY recommend them for any maintenance or repair work on your vehicle! 👏🏼

They do great and honest review, will definitely be going back again soon for more repairs. Their prices are very reasonable for the labor they do compared to other shops. They even gave me a cool engraved little tool box that was in my truck when I picked it up. Amazing customer service from people that actually care for the customer and not for the profit. Great work

We had an inspection done on a vehicle we were considering buying. It was EXTREMELY thorough! The people that run this shop went out of their way to help us from another state! The gal that took my call and set everything up had outstanding customer service. Sager and Sons exceeded my expectations and I very highly recommend working with them. Thank you all again, if we ever need anything automotive in the Boise area we have your number.

I took my car in for a general check-up and received a very thorough inspection with photos and a clear breakdown of what needed attention. The team took the time to explain which repairs were most important for safety and why, which I really appreciated.

Pricing was transparent, payment options were available, and communication was prompt, kind, and professional throughout the entire process.

I ended up getting my front brake system replaced, and I now feel confident driving again. They also gave me a clear game plan for future repairs, which made everything feel much less overwhelming.

Overall, they made the entire experience easy and stress-free. I’m really grateful for their help, highly recommend!
