Colin came out at 6pm on a Friday in 100 degree heat and got our A/C back up and running (working in our garage which was probably 110). Super friendly, knowledge and efficient. The dispatch operator on the phone heard the a/c wasn't working at all and contacted a tech to come out right away instead of the next appointment she saw in the system (Tuesday).

We needed a replacement part, Colin had it in his truck and replaced it + checked temperatures to make sure everything was working. We would recommend them to anyone in a pinch!

Very good experience! I got a tune-up done for my AC system outside and the worker was very friendly. Reasonably priced as well! He did an excellent job, he deserves a raise. 🤗

Colin D. Was the technician that came to do a cleaning and evaluation of our gas furnace, water heater and A/C unit. He seemed knowledgeable and was very thorough and very polite. After completing the "Special " that he came to due, he explained the possible issues and showed us different options, without alot of high pressure sales tactics. We liked that.

The service from start to finish was clean, courteous, and professional! Steve and Brayden kept us informed through the process and even took care of fixing minor issues they encountered along the way, like cleaning a filter on our washing machine. This certainly went above and beyond what we expected. We had our entire house replumbed, which was a major expense, but they made the process as painless as possible.

Our furnace quit working and Right Now Plumbing and Heating responded quickly after we emailed them the night before. They were prompt on arriving on time. Our technician was well informed on what needed to be done to get us heat back into our home. He let us know of the upgrades that he suggested but wasn't offended when we decided to just have the furnace repaired at this time. He worked quickly and efficiently Thank you for the great service.
