The staff was very nice! The gal who helped us was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. She completed the process quickly and efficiently while still taking the time to talk with us, laugh, and make us feel comfortable. It was a great experience, and we truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism!

Great experience. The people who work here are great. Interest rates are pretty high, so pay off the loan quick. The process was quick, and I had my money the same day.

Darien, Caritza & Jessica are amazing here. They had me in and out within an hour. My life has changed for the better thanks to these three wonderful people. If you are in a bind, have an unexpected bill and have a car, this is the place to stop. I will definitely be returning here if I am ever in a pickle again. Mainly because of how easy they made this process and how friendly the staff was. Thank you again for all the help today.

I have been visiting this establishment for almost a year now. DARIEN has been my primary point of contact, demonstrating exceptional expertise and consistently going above and beyond to facilitate the process and address any questions I may have, providing assistance to the fullest extent. I wholeheartedly recommend her 1000%.

I had a really good experience at the LoanMax Title Loan location in Lakewood (store #1209). Caritza helped me out and made the whole process quick and simple. Everything was explained clearly and the process was smooth from start to finish. The other girls in the office were also helpful and answered any questions I had. Overall, a good place with friendly staff. I’d recommend this location.
