I had a great experience working with Zaid Omar, Sales Manager. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled professionally.
After purchasing my 2024 Telluride, I ran into a few issues. I reached out to Zaid, explained the situation, and he immediately took action. He scheduled a time for me to bring the vehicle in for repairs and even offered a loaner car while the work is being completed.
What really stood out to me was his consistency and commitment. He never stopped answering the phone—that meant a lot. Even after the sale was done, he continued to be responsive and made sure my concerns were addressed.

I had a great experience working with Jesse Coney at Ourisman Kia of Bethesda on a Jeep Wrangler purchase. Jesse handles both new Kias and used vehicles, and in my case helped me find the right Wrangler.

I had been looking across Maryland, DC, and Virginia prior, so I had a good sense of pricing. What Jesse offered was under market to start with and strong value for what you’re getting.

On the test drive, I asked Jesse to start out driving since I wasn’t familiar with the area. Once we got to a quieter road, we switched and I drove from there. We also went through the vehicle while driving, which helped me get comfortable and understand it better.

Cars now are basically computers, and Jesse took the time to walk me through the settings and features so I understood how everything worked before leaving.

Everyone there was personable and easy to work with, and willing to answer questions. Evan Frederick handled the finance side and made everything simple, no pressure, and efficient. Once we got started, the process moved quickly. I was not there for hours waiting, and the time I was there was well used.

I’d recommend checking out their inventory of both used and new vehicles. If you see something you like, start there. It can save you time compared to looking elsewhere.

Overall, a straightforward and efficient experience. I’d recommend asking for Jesse Coney when shopping there.

I live in Northern VA but bought my Jeep Sahara here, I was looking for a very specific color, Snazzberry, & they had one! David Williams was my salesperson & he was nothing short of a blessing to me! I had bought a Jeep prior to meeting David from another dealership in MD, Criswell, & they were complete garbage! The entire experience was just so awful & when I saw that Ourisman Kia also had a Snazzberry Sahara worth going to look at my expectations were extremely low & I was expecting the same poor service. But then I met David Williams! He was SO good to me & knows everything there is to know regarding Jeeps. The way he treated me was SO awesome and it honestly made me really emotional because I didn’t think people like that still existed. Even after buying the car back in November he’s still such a huge help to me whenever I need something. I’m grateful for having met him & will only buy a Jeep from David going forward, his expertise & knowledge is second to none. Thank you, David for being a true gentleman!
