I arrived early for my appointment, and shortly thereafter, my eye imaging was done quickly and within minutes seated in the doctor's office. Dr.Bill thoroughly evaluates retinal and blood images explains findings clearly, and listens to my concerns with a reassuring manner, especially important to me as a diabetes patient. The staff consistently greeted me warmly and conducted themselves with professionalism and courtesy. I left confident that all my needs had been fully met.
