We had a drainage system installed to manage exterior surface water issues. The team did a great job. I was impressed with the attention to detail, with how well they cleaned up each day, and with communication from the company. Would definitely recommend.

Andy’s did a great job for us on short notice at a reasonable price. Jonah was our technician, and he was fantastic! He found two wires in our system that had been cut, and got all of our sprinklers working again in one visit. We recommend Andy’s highly!

I called Andy’s sprinkler system to schedule an appointment for A leak My representative Robert was so kind he walked me through what I thought was going to be a free estimate of what they said online if they come out, they also say that they serve Harker Heights online but once you talk to a representative, they tell you that you have to buy a package and there’s two different packages. One is just the one time they come out look at everything for $125 or you can get a second package which is the maintenance where they come out three or four times making sure that everything is properly running with your sprinkler system. You have to pick one of those packages before you can schedule an appointment for them to come.

so I went with the first package the 125 for them to come out do the one time check and fix my repair. My repair man was supposed to come Friday between the hours of eight and 11. I waited till 1155 nobody called nobody showed up so I called the company back to tell them that no one from their company reached out to me nor showed up between the hours of my appointment
Waited for a while they sent me to the representative that helped me the day before Robert. Apparently there was some problems with the appointment didn’t go through so he rescheduled me for Monday for another worker to come out and fix my sprinkler system.

It is now 115. Robert calls me back from Andy sprinkler company and says that his Head corporate office canceled my appointment because when I lived too far away and I had to pick the second package because I live too far away and that’s the only way that they’re able to service my sprinkler system and fix it. Which sounds ridiculous. You have to go through all these loopholes just to have somebody come out and look at your sprinkler system. That is leaking never in my life have an experience such scampish behavior. I do not recommend this company for anyone all those reviews must’ve came from years ago. I have no idea never again in my life.
