Thomas along with his crew of Hassan and Philippe, were outstanding. Thomas described all the work that he recommended and they were exceptional in how well they took care of my existing grass. I would highly recommend these guys.

I had an outstanding experience with Andy’s Sprinklers, thanks to Thomas and Hassan. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and clearly knew their craft inside and out.

They took the time to thoroughly inspect my irrigation system, explained everything they found in plain English, and made the necessary repairs efficiently without ever making me feel rushed. What really stood out was their attention to detail and pride in their work. They didn’t just fix the immediate issue—they made sure the entire system was operating properly and even pointed out a few preventative improvements that could save me problems down the road.

It’s becoming increasingly rare to find technicians who are this knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely committed to doing the job right. Thomas and Hassan are outstanding representatives of Andy’s Sprinklers, and they turned what could have been a stressful service call into a great customer experience.

I would recommend Andy’s Sprinklers without hesitation, and if you’re fortunate enough to have Thomas and Hassan assigned to your job, you’re in excellent hands. Five stars all the way!

Thomas and his team did a great job! They came out and identified the issue with my sprinkler system in under 5 minutes and had it repaired in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

The work they do is fine. If you have some quick issues, broken heads etc. then there are no problems. In my case, I did not feel like the technician (is that what they're called?) that came out was interested in doing anything beyond what could be done quickly to get him his trip fee and charge me for work done. I had two issues which were completely unresolved. 1: No sprinkler coverage in part of my lawn and 2: excessive water draining into the street from my drip hoses. For (1), the technician told me I had sufficient coverage and I unfortunately didn’t challenge him on it. After my grass completely died I checked it myself and it’s clear he either didn’t check or did check and wasn't interested in the work. For (2), I was told that some of my hoses were too close to the sidewalk. Great genius, now how about we make a plan to address it? I’m not asking for free labor, I just want my issues resolved. He did fix a few heads around my yard but it was quite frankly the two unresolved issues that caused me to make the appointment.
Anyway, YMMV as they say. Have some broken heads to fix? Sure they can do it. Want someone to listen to your concerns and offer suggestions on how they can fix it? Nope. Try someone else.

Thomas did a great job fixing our irrigation system. He was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly throughout the process. He explained everything clearly and made sure the system was working properly before leveling. I’d definitely recommend him!
