The manager greeted us with in seconds of walking in, offering assistance and checking me in, brought us to Cooper. Words can’t express how pleasant the experience was. Cooper rocks! I was holding them up past closing time and never felt rushed in to not reading anything or decisions. Also Cooper did all he could to assist me in the best value and making sure everything fit my needs and wants :). I felt valued and listened to. Thank you DriveTime .. even my grandson was happy!

I came in and met with Jarrod with a nice firm hand shake and he got me with Jesus. They both helped me tremendously through the process of asking what was needed in a car for my wife and I, let us test drive vehicles, and even stayed about 90 mins after closing last night to get our deal done. If you have not the greatest credit or are in a tight pinch this is the place to go. Jesus told me everything that I was getting into (no hidden BS) and had everything broke down for a quick and easy process. Please if you’re in the market for a new to you vehicle make sure you get ahold of Jesus with Drivetime!

Please go visit Taytum at Drive Time Des Moines!! She provided an incredibly comfortable, honest, and professional experience like none I’ve had before. If I hadn’t just gotten home (12:25am) after such a long day, I’d write a NOVEL about how awesome my experience was with her but for now I’ll say this — I will NEVER buy a car from a man EVER again. Taytum changed the game for me , treating me with dignity, respect, and genuine interest. She is super friendly, easy to understand & talk with, and stayed late when the deal took longer than her clock out time. She didn’t complain either, truly just wanted to take good care of me and didn’t rush to make a sale. As a queer-lesbian POC I felt safe with her and would recommend 10x over for anyone in marginalized communities or non-traditional relationships to go see her if you’re unsure of where to go.
I’d give her way more stars if I could!! Tysm, Taytum. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Wow. Words cannot describe how amazing my experience was, but let's try.
I was that guy, walked in before close on a Saturday. Jesus was so kind, and didn't make me feel bad for keeping him later than his shift, it was very reassuring since it was so long to get here and my only availability.
He made what has always been a stressful situation feel like easy breezy. Very clean, straight to the point and the most amazing service I've ever received. Thank you Jesus for getting my family into a better vehicle. Thank you for working with me!!
