From start to finish, this was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I first worked with Shelby online, who helped me get the process started, and then Derek reached out the very next day after my inquiry. From that point on, he was straightforward, honest, transparent, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process.

One thing I really appreciated was having direct access to Derek. I never had to go through multiple people just to get answers. He was knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and genuinely listened to what I wanted. At no point did I feel like I was being pushed into a vehicle just to make a sale. It truly felt like his priority was helping me get the right vehicle for me.

I actually found my vehicle online, completed almost everything over the phone, and didn’t come to the dealership until it was time for my test drive after I had already been approved. That made the entire experience so much easier and saved hours of sitting at a dealership.

I also worked with Kyle in Finance, and he was fantastic. Both Derek and Kyle took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, pressured, or like anyone was trying to sell me something I couldn’t afford. Instead, I felt respected, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process.

I also chose the Platinum Protection Package, and I’m so glad I did. It added even more value and peace of mind to my purchase.

I went into the dealership looking for a specific truck I saw on the website. Trent helped me out, pulled the vehicle up and we went on a test drive. Great experience and a good guy. The rest of the team did a very good job as well. They had a lot on their plate plates. It was a very busy day. But they handled it. Trent and the team took care of me and made me feel like a million bucks.
