I got the $34.99 oil change but they said I needed 2 extra quarts of oil and the price doubled to $70. Then they tell me I need brake pads but they don’t do brake pads unless you pay for your rotors as well. Never heard that one before and they told me $1,250.00 for front and rear brakes to be done. My rotors are completely fine. They were pretty fast though doing the oil change.

Brian and the team over at Empire Auto were great to work with. The communication and care Brian took to ensure I was up to date on my vehicle being serviced was exceptional. 10/10 recommend to any future visitors in need of vehicle repairs and/or guidance.

The only place I will now take my vehicles in Palm Bay. Trustworthy, kind, courteous, upfront fair & honest pricing. They evaluate all your vehicle needs with no high pressure upsells. Love that they provided me an Uber on all my repairs to my home & back. Justin & Brian were great in their caring & communication. Best New auto repair shop in Palm Bay, Florida. I do wish Empire was nationwide!

I have an 11 year old mini-van so it has needed a few repairs. This shop makes good recommendations but does not oversell. I recently had struts replaced and they did a great job. My most recent repair was for a patch in my tire. Two repairs happened when I was in SW U.S. I felt comfortable calling them for advice on the repairs before I gave my OK.

I wanted to wait to post my review until after the issues I was experiencing with my Jeep were resolved. Usually that’s what most people do, right? I brought my 2008 Wrangler to Empire after reading several positive reviews. I figured that solid reviews meant something. It had some assorted fluid leaks, and a check engine light, as well as a seized oil pan drain plug that a quick oil change place couldn’t remove after the previous place put it back in with an impact gun. First trip in, and the oil leaks and main transmission leak had been taken care of, along with the check engine light. So far so good. A short time later, the check engine light came back on, and a new transmission leak occurred, so back to the shop and they took care of those 2 issues along with a leaky front differential cover. A couple days later I noticed a puddle of transmission fluid under the jeep, and I was beginning to get really frustrated. So I brought it back in and they dug really deep and found where it was coming from and took care of that one also. The staff there are really professional, the advisors take the time to explain everything, and they were reasonably fair, price-wise. It was a lot of work, and it wasn’t cheap, but I feel good about it. These guys did a great job, always came in right at or below the estimate, and got the repairs done when they said they would. Will I go back? Absolutely.
