This business is top-notch. I brought my car in with a dented left front fender. I have no idea how it got dented because I wasn’t in the car when it occurred. The owner, Luis, gave me an estimate, told me exactly what would be done and why, and asked for 3 to 4 days to complete the job. When I returned to pick up my car, they had done beautiful work. Plus, he fixed a long-stranding front bumper issue at no extra charge. The icing on the cake came when he told me that part of the service was that my car has been detailed - inside and out. My 2015 Subaru outback looked brand new!

Hands down the best service you will ever receive. Luis and his team are absolutely amazing! He discussed everything thing he planned to do and kept us updated throughout the process. He even helped coordinate the rental car. The company picked me up from the shop and then the rental when we were finished. End to End the best service. They even have complementary cold drinks and snacks in the nice air-conditioned office. BONUS! My husband and I can't thank Luis enough. He Absolutely Understood The Assignment! Check out my Daddy's Cadi! Smooches 😘

I had an outstanding experience with Orlando Certified Collision. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was professional, friendly, and attentive.

They kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions, and made the insurance process smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail truly stood out.

The repair quality was excellent, and my Tesla looks fantastic. The work was completed efficiently, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.

If you’re looking for a collision repair shop that genuinely cares about its customers and delivers high-quality work, I highly recommend Orlando Certified Collision. Thank you, Luis, Naman, and the entire team for the amazing service!

I had a great experience with Orlando Certified Collision and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing body work done.

After my accident, I started searching on Google for a body shop I could trust. Orlando Certified Collision stood out right away because they were the only shop I found with a five-star rating, and now I completely understand why. They truly lived up to it.

Naman and his team were professional, kind, and helpful from start to finish. From the moment I brought my Jeep in, I felt like it was in good hands. They made the repair process much less stressful and kept everything moving smoothly.

The work they did speaks for itself. My vehicle had significant damage to the rear, and when I got it back, it looked like the accident had never happened. The before-and-after difference is incredible.

What I appreciated most, though, was how they continued to help even after the main repair was finished. I had a few smaller things come up afterward, and Naman and his team were still willing to take a look and help me out. They were patient, responsive, and genuinely kind about it.

That kind of service is hard to find. Orlando Certified Collision earned their five-star reputation, and I am really grateful for the care they put into my vehicle and the way they treated me throughout the process.

We had my mom's car fixed after a frontal crash. This SUV is 10 years old, but you would not be able to tell after getting repaired and a paint makeover from Orlando Certified Collision. Quality of work, attention to detail, and skilled labor is hard to find--luckily it is exactly what we received at this facility. The staff takes pride in their work and demonstrated care not just for the vehicle, but even more so for the customer. The car looks new again and since it has low mileage, she would not need a new car for many years to come. If I could only find this level of service for house repairs!!!
