So, three people showed up to winterize the swamp cooler. All three, Lael, Jose and Fernando were as nice and accommodating as they could be. They went far beyond what was expected--even changed a light bulb I can't reach. Also blew off the leaves on the roof. They were congenial, always smiling and very professional. I highly recommend them!

Ashley was absolutely wonderful to work with! She made the entire experience with Prime feel easy and showed a genuine commitment to getting the job done. We really appreciated her communication, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile. She made us feel like a priority and gave us confidence that we were in great hands.

Working with Ashley and Prime was such a positive experience. Having someone who cares about following through and making sure everything comes together makes all the difference, and Ashley did exactly that. We’re so grateful for her hard work and would highly recommend Ashley and the Prime team!

I DO NOT recommend for gas line work—major life-safety violation.
Prime Plumbing replaced a gas valve at my home but left the live appliance flex line connection completely unchecked. When I explicitly and repeatedly requested that the technician perform a safety leak test on the live fittings before leaving, he refused, claiming a leak test was "unnecessary because flexes don't leak, and he had used sealant."
Because he walked away from a live, unchecked gas line, I had to call Xcel Energy out for an emergency inspection. Xcel confirmed that a leak test is always safety-mandated for new connections.
To make matters worse, management aggressively demanded full payment ($306) for an incomplete, dangerous job, despite admitting they overheard my request for a leak test. They only adjusted the bill down after I stopped payment on the check. Incompetent, hazardous work and hostile management. Avoid them for your own safety.
UPDATE (10/12/2026): Do not let the company’s public reply mislead you. Their claim that a soapy-solution test occurred is entirely fabricated. I hold the physical yellow Xcel Energy safety tag dated 10/1/26 proving the utility company—not Prime Plumbing—had to perform the safety check after the technician drove away. Furthermore, on October 9, in direct retaliation for this truthful review, Prime Plumbing served me with a high-pressure legal Cease & Desist letter demanding its permanent removal under threat of immediate lawsuits. I refuse to be intimidated by legal bullying. The physical documentation, including Xcel's emergency logs and the company's conflicting invoices, has been safely preserved.

I worked with Justin Clarke to re-plumb my water heater’s expansion tank and install a brand new PRV. He was super professional and fast. He knows what he’s doing and did it at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Justin at Prime Plumbing!

James was great! He explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. He fixed our leak quickly. Super friendly folks from Ashley who took my call to James (and his assistant whose name I have forgotten…sorry!). We will definitely call them in the future if we need a plumber again.
