I placed and paid for a delivery order through the Tropical Smoothie Cafe app and selected my saved address, which already included my apartment number. However, the apartment number did not appear on the final order so I was unable to receive my food.

In the conformation email I was instructed to contact the location I ordered from for and delivery issues but when I contacted them I was told to contact DoorDash because they handle the deliveries. I contacted DoorDash, and they told me they couldn’t help because I placed the order directly through the Tropical Smoothie Cafe app and they could not even see the order on my account.

I have now submitted multiple customer service requests to Tropical Smoothie Cafe and have not received a response. I paid for an order I never received, and I feel like I’m being sent back and forth instead of anyone actually helping me resolve the issue. I just want a refund for the order I never received.

I have been ordering from this location for a couple months now and I can honestly say that I love this place. I order the Avocaloda with add ins and the chipotle chicken melt with the jalapeno corn. It’s always so consistent and the service is great. The staff is amazing. The store is clean. After i found out that there was a reward system I have been using the app to get points and rewards, I love it!

Walking into Tropical Smoothie felt like stepping into pure sunshine. Irene greeted me with the warmest smile and made me feel instantly welcome. Her kindness and genuine care turned a simple visit into something unforgettable.

The “Sunrise Sunset” smoothie she made was absolutely perfect-bright, refreshing, and full of tropical flavor. Irene’s amazing service and positive energy made the experience truly special. Tropical Smoothie is lucky to have her!

Jasmine provided outstanding customer service! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a smile, was patient, friendly, and made sure my order was exactly right. She had such a positive attitude and made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way she does. Tropical Smoothie is lucky to have her—I’ll definitely be back because of the excellent service she provided!

My experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe was consistent with other locations—cool, refreshing, and reliable. The smoothies were well-blended, flavorful, and hit the spot, especially on a warm day. Service was quick and friendly, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and clean. It’s a solid go-to spot when you’re in the mood for something light, refreshing, and satisfying.
