Contact Brandon Pugh for all your needs! This man went above and beyond to sell our house in a short window. Left the states with a 2 week notice to get everything done. Working hard to get the house up for sale he busted his butt, and got way more than expected on the first try. Closed within a month!

My wife and I recently purchased a home, using Danny Hugus as our buyers agent. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service we recieved. I called Danny at many different hours of the day and with lots of questions. I can't recall a single time my calls made it past the first ring. Professional, helpful, and most importantly, available. I would recommend Danny and The Hogan Group to all of my friends and family.

If you need an agent in Charlottesville, do not look anywhere besides Justine Beckham at Hogan Group. Our experience with Justine was nothing short of remarkable. She was incredibly knowledgeable and resourceful in finding us our dream home in a very difficult market. Above all else, Justine was patient with my wife and I as we tried to find exactly what we were looking for. Justine left no stone unturned throughout the process and was there every step of the way providing a thorough explanation and an honest, yet comforting, presence during stressful times. I plan to use Justine for the rest of my time in Charlottesville and recommend you do the same.

I worked with Susan Evans on purchasing my first home. I am so thankful that I was matched to her! Susan is approachable and incredibly knowledgeable about the home buying process. She went above and beyond to show us houses across central Virginia the past two years. We finally found a great place and she was able to negotiate and advocate on our behalf so that we were able to go under contract.
She was very responsive and patient with any questions I had throughout the whole process and was also an absolute joy to talk with! She always brings a positive and cheerful attitude wherever she goes. I would recommend Susan and the Hogan Group to anyone looking to purchase a home.

We had a great time working with Susan Evans from the Hogan Group with our house and farm search. She was incredibly professional, thorough and her attention to detail is unparalleled! She went above and beyond our expectations to find us the right home, and in the process we have become good friends! Her cheerful and positive demeanor are added bonuses to make home shopping a fun process at the same time. We cannot recommend Susan enough, she is truly one of the best real estate professionals I know!
