I had a great experience with "WeBuyHousesVirginia" as I decided to sell my 4 bedroom home and downsize to a much smaller apartment.I believe the key to making the decision to use this company is your "need" to sell your home by this method. As their advertising states :whether it be foreclosure;lossof job;health issues;downsizing;buying a new home within a specific time frame;or you just want to move now or soon. No one is forcing you to sell to them but they do try to give you a fair price and you get your cash all within a month. You do not have to make any repairs. They do their walkthrough with you it is quick and easy.I was tired of cut grass, general home maintenance and repair, and cleaning a large home when 1/3 the space was not lived in or used.

However if you have the time needed to seel a home or need to make as much cash as possible; this method may be not the route you choose; because you will take a financial loss ;however there is no walk through with " each " potential buyer, closing costs,or repairs. You don,t have to adjust your schedule or leave your home so others can look at it. I sold my home with them and would do it again the same way!You Decide.

So I found myself in a pretty devastating situation. I needed to sell my house fast and at a reasonable price. I called around and did a few inspections with other companies and then i finally called we buy houses! They are amazing! They were very professional and attentive about everything! Felicia is so helpful and knowledgeable and takes the time to really make sure you understand the whole process. I would definitely recommend webuyhouses.com.

After spending some time getting ready to sell our home we quickly realize we would have to find several companies ,spend long hours ,and be putting out a tidy sum of money to get our secondary home ready for sail. Our in-laws had lived in the home for over twenty five years . WeBuyHomesVirginia came in to review the home and gave us a reasonable and honesty price. Final walk through and Closing was convenient and rather quick. We are quite pleased with our experience and would deal with this company again .
