I just sold my condo, with the help of Imani from Reverie Residential! Imani did such a great job, I wanted to make sure I shared my experience. Right now the condo market is saturated, but Imani got me a great deal on staging and painting, and she was proactive in marketing my property. I had a great experience working with Sarah! She was really patient with me throughout the process and helped me find a condo that checked all of my boxes (which were not easy to find in DC). She never pressured me to put in an offer and was especially helpful in pointing out potential maintenance considerations during tours, recommending contractors, and keeping me informed about what to expect throughout the process. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking to purchase in DC, especially first-time buyers!

I am so grateful to have worked with Emily at City Chic to find my new home. The rental market in DC can be brutal especially, and I felt so supported by Emily and the entire time. She made the process so easy by sharing homes that met my standards and within just a month of working together, I was able to find my absolute dream apartment and sign a lease. Emily helped not only source listings, but negotiate with the owner's realtor on terms, reviewed my lease with me, and all-around made me feel like I wasn't floating alone in a sea of unknowns. I absolutely loved working with Sarah! I can't imagine a better realtor for a first-time homebuyer. She was incredibly organized and explained every part of the homebuying process so clearly (and had excellent materials to refer to!). I felt so supported the whole way through and she gave just the right amount of information when I needed it! I am still going back to her emails weeks later to access all the good info she put in them! She's a great realtor and as a bonus is just a fun person to work with as well!

I just bought my first home with Liz Kaiser at City Chic and could not imagine a better experience! As new residents to the DC area, it was very important to us to find an agent with in-depth knowledge the city and surrounding cities.

Liz was able to steer us towards neighborhoods best suited for our wants "walkable, good commuting to our jobs, lots of character." She also helped us narrow down what we were comfortable with in regards to renovations. Due to her experience of buying, renovating and selling herself she offered firsthand expected costs in every step of the renovation process.

Liz was always incredibly responsive and available at any time we wanted to see a property. The DC market is rigorous and we saw every home in the market for a few months before we finally settled on one we loved.

All of her vendors she recommended were incredible, in addition to another City Chic agent that assisted us during the process, Robert Frtizman. Having a strong team by your side is so important when making a big purchase, I couldn't imagine the process to being any more seamless than it was.

Even after moving in, Liz has been in touch to check in on taxes, renovations and has been an excellent resource for tips and tricks in our new neighborhood!

I have not only referred her to my closest friends, but also couldn't imagine using anyone else to sell my home in the future. Her knowledge, patience, and determination is exactly why I would use Liz Kaiser again!
