My brother contacted Joe several months ago regarding our mother's house in Aberdeen. January 2026 Joe Hartman came to my house, took the tour and made me a fair offer on the spot. I was not ready to move until May 2026 so Joe walked me through the process and kept in touch over the 4 month process. Settlement was set for late May, went to the meeting, and 25 minutes walked out with a check for the offer he made me in January. No hassles, no repairs, no inspections, very smooth and clean process. I was very pleased with the procedure. And to boot, Joe is one heck of a nice guy.

My family is truly grateful to Joe and the Perry Hall Investment team. We came to Joe with Perry Hall Investments when we needed to move my mother into a retirement community. It was a troubling time for us but Joe gave us a great cash offer and worked with our ever changing closing timeframe and needs. He made the process easy and fluid when we thought it would be everything but. During the home inspection more damage was found than was expected and he worked with us to not negotiate and stayed to the prior agreement, which I doubt most home buyers would have done.
