Had a great experience at AllerVie Health. The receptionist was incredibly pleasant and welcoming, which made the visit feel comfortable from the start. The doctor was very knowledgeable, took time to answer questions, and explained everything clearly. Overall, a very positive experience!

I have been with this great clinic for over 40 years. In fact, I moved 40 miles away 5 years ago and still go to them. The scheduling and some time rescheduling is flexible. The receptionist, doctor, Physician Assistant and nurse are top notch. I am in and out in a very reasonable interval.

Horrible customer service, they are cheating you , Frist I called for schedule . They asked me what type the insurance , I said we on Medicaid and they said WITH CHILD IN MEDICAD , THEY NEED REFFERAL FROM HIS PEDIATRICIAN. I said ok then after I called pediatrician let them send it over the fax , then I called back to schedule, they said they get refferal BUT THEY NOT ACCEPTED THE KID IN MEDICAID . WHATS A JOKE . 2 hours ago I called they totally say different way . Unprofessional. Cant believe it

Dr. Segalene and Evangelo are knowledgeable and super supportive. Dr. Segalene took her time to explain things to me and make sure I was understanding the information she provided. If you have a 12pm appointment and arrive 15 minutes prior like requested, be prepared to knock to be let in.

Dr. Segalene goes above and beyond for her patients! I was having terrible issues with my asthma and she provided the most comprehensive care. I was thankfully breathing normally upon leaving my appointment, and given a thorough treatment plan. She truly cares about her patients and loves what’s she does…and it clearly shows! A+
