The car wash the front half of the tunnel didn’t touch my car, the rinse cycle barely puts any water on my car to clean all the soap it leaves on. My car was dirty after leaving the tunnel. There was towels and vacuums available but no air to blow the wet spots off.

$25 car wash, I expected my car to come out clean. Unfortunately it was still visibly dirty when the wash finished. I came back and asked if they could run it through again, which seemed like a reasonable fix, but I was told no and turned away. A business charging that price should stand behind their service. Very disappointing experience!

Same story every visit to this location. No clean towels and I kind of need them since the wash always fails to clean the back of my SUV. Please just get more towels! The gate never works either because I have the nature plate with the road... But that's also one of the most common plates in Colorado. They have to manually enter it every visit. Just not what I expected with the monthly membership. Avoid this location. Their other locations aren't as bad, but most still miss the back of my car and also never recognize my plate.

The wash didn’t even clean off the windshield, there was some of that temporary marker written on there, and it didn’t clean it off at all. I went back to run it through again when I noticed it was still there, they absolutely refused, said since I was coming back two hours later that they could not run it through the car wash again.Lousy customer service for an $18 wash. They would rather lose a customer forever, then fix a bad wash.

Not a good car wash. Went through twice and it looked like the car was never washed (see pictures).

The workers were great but didn't know how to refund me. They said that the manager would either call me or refund me. I'm only writing this review because I haven't received a call nor a refund and it's been a week.

So employees there were great and super friendly, but the management and car wash is terrible.

I wish we had a good car wash service in Denver, like a Delta Sonic, but I've not been impressed by any, so adding this one to the list.
