If there is anyone capable of turning around a customer experience, it’s Jorge B.
What initially felt like it could become an unnecessarily difficult and frustrating interaction was completely transformed by his professionalism, emotional intelligence, and exceptional customer service. He stepped in, quickly understood the situation, communicated everything clearly, and resolved what could have easily become a misunderstanding with confidence and ease.
Jorge has a rare ability to make customers feel heard without making anyone else look bad. He brings clarity where there is confusion and professionalism where it matters most. The entire transaction became smooth, efficient, and stress-free because of his leadership.
Quite honestly, Jorge shouldn’t just be managing a single location—he has the qualities of a regional leader. He is an incredible asset to the company and deserves to be recognized accordingly. Employees like Jorge are the reason customers return and recommend a business to others.
Thank you, Jorge, for turning the experience around. You set the standard for what outstanding customer service should look like.

Beautiful modern stadium located on the University of Maryland, College Park campus. The sight lines are beautiful. The college also hosts various concerts and events here.

Very nice sporting, etc venue.
I've attended 3 men's basketball games here thus far.
This center is easy to locate, has plenty of parking, clean facility, and feasible food and beverage options.
This venue always has appropriate staff for safe, quick, easy entry.
Every seat here is pretty awesome.
I look forward to returning for more events.

A great arena with excellent atmosphere and not a bad seat in the house. The only bad thing was the popcorn was burnt. Otherwise, an amazing gameday experience

I love my alma mater. The atmosphere is electric. The staff are excited to see and serve. My only concern are the prices of your concessions. What kinda markup are we talking here?

First and last time at this venue. Almost 2 hours of gridlock in the parking lot after the show before we even moved from our parking spot and then another half hour to get out of there. With over an hour drive home, there are plenty of other venues where you can see the same artists, tailgate, good sound, better prices and food options and still get home at a decent hour. Bank of Pavilion in Guilford NH and Tanglewood are way better just to name a few.

My sister and I attended the Tyler Childers concert here, and we had a fantastic time. The venue is beautiful, and our seats under the pavilion were perfect.
Venue Amenities & Service
The entire experience felt smooth. The venue makes it easy to enjoy the show; it was quick and simple to get up for drinks or to use the restroom from our section. They had a great variety of food and drink options, and the lines moved quickly. I especially appreciated the fact that there were plenty of restrooms available, both inside the venue and in the surrounding parking areas. The majority of the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful.
Concert & Sound
The show itself was incredible, and the sound quality was awesome throughout the entire performance.
Pro Tip: Premium Parking
We bought premium parking, and it was absolutely worth the cost. We were able to get out of the parking area and on our way home very quickly, which really completed the great night. Highly recommend this venue!

Went to the Xfinity Center for the first time with friends last night to see the Outlaw Concert and found the venue to be extremely overpriced, crowded and not enough restrooms for the full capacity of folks attending. The alcohol booths far out numbered the food concessions and all were over priced. Stay away from this venue if you are allergic or sensitive to second hand smoke (cigarette or pot) it was pervasive throughout the entire show. Stay away from this place and go to an indoors venue that offer free parking, better amenities and no up charges.

I went to the Xfinity center for the first time in a lot of years and I will tell you there were way too many people allowed to come to this concert for Luke Bryan. The bathrooms were disgusting and the lines for the bathrooms. Ladies room was unbelievable. The prices for the drinks were out of control and it was really poor. Poor service. I will never go back there ever and I will never recommend it to anyone.

This place hires racist staffs, they had an agenda that day ( 8/6/25 Lil Wayne concert) its was around 10 pm when myself and my sister inlaw found out that our guys are missing ... all they did was try to go and buy some Merch ... we called and found out they were kicked out my husband and brother inlaw who is stage 4 terminal cancer, the staffs gave false accusations stating that my husband put his hands on a staff that which was false ans the staff at the time was no where to be found .. this location has cameras so we want evidence, real proof that happened but no they just kicked them out , we were furious they asked for names and management but nothing .. Cops where there and nothing ... I wanted to be know that this location planned to pick and choose innocent people who are Hispanic to kick out for no reason so I will make sure its known that this company is disgusting.... you will hear more from me real soon ... also Xfinity Center answer my calls because we want our money back and ill make sure that I let the whole world how much of a scum of people you hire

The Xfinity Center at the University of Maryland is a fantastic venue for basketball games, concerts, and events. The energy during games is electric, especially with a packed crowd supporting the Terps! The seating offers good sightlines, and concessions provide decent options (though prices are typical for a stadium).
A few areas keep it from a 5-star rating: Parking can be a hassle during peak events, and restroom lines get long at times. Some sections feel a bit dated compared to newer arenas, but the overall atmosphere more than makes up for it. A must-visit for Terps fans!

Go Terps! Great arena, easy to navigate and lots of food options. Would be nice if they had more alcohol stands besides beer and liquor. More and wine and cider please!

They don't know their own bag policies!!! There is no where in information sent to teams or on website that states you have to have a clear bag!!! But they made us leave ours! And let others in with theirs!!!! THEN GOT INSIDE GOT COLD FOOD! 3/4 FULL POPCORN, AND THE CRUMBS OF THE NACHOS, AND A BURT CHEESE BURGER!!! I forgot to take pictures of the food!! Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Great atmosphere for Terps Baskball game. Xfinity Center should be full every home game so everyone get out there and support our local team.

One of the great college basketball venues. Students occupy the first ten rows around the court and “The Wall,” the entire end of the court where opponents shoot free throws in the second half. And it gets LOUD! If you’re lucky, you’ll catch the Terps (unannounced) flash mob game (check YouTube for samples). Concessions include standard fare but also Maryland microbrews, homemade ice creams designed by the MBB and WBB coaches, and lots of Old Bay for your fries. Don’t be surprised during the National Anthem when the fans scream “O” at the beginning of the penultimate line—it’s a Maryland thing, an homage to the Baltimore Orioles. And don’t miss the beautiful “Maryland flag drop” during a media timeout early in the second half. One warning: Parking is great for donors and season ticket holders but can be challenging for single game ticket holders.

What more can you say about a college sports arena? The food was reasonably priced. We attended a women's gymnastics meet, where my daughter and her friends got to witness Jordan Chiles deliver an incredible performance, scoring a perfect 10 on bars. Go Terps!

Great place to go see the Terps. Lots of food options. If you have a parking pass, it's easy to find parking. Plenty of places close to enjoy Terps win with friends.

Great atmosphere , Lady Terps vs #1 UCLA . Ticket prices , Concession stands & Parking 👍. I encourage everyone to attend a D1 / power 4 woman’s basketball game . It’s highly competitive & entertaining.

My Son played for Rutgers and UCLA , This was one arena to get off my bucket list Great crowd and atmosphere loved it and we sat on the 1st row behind the team!!!

Great facility.
Parking is atrocious. More and better signage would be most helpful, especially for people who must park in the garage, which is located around the corner from the facility and who aren’t familiar with the large campus.

I went to see Maryland Marquette there and it was a great game. The crowd was much better than I expected and Marquette won so it was nice to shut them up.

Entertaining events. Multi-purpose arena. Multiple fields outside of the arena. Plenty parking space. Decent spectators. If you are a Turpin, Proud to attend any event. "FEAR THE TURTLE" 🐢
