Neveah greeted us when we walked in. Great customer service while ordering. She came and wiped the table we wanted to eat at. Best customer service we've ever received in a fast food facility. Thank you Neveah, you & the rest of the staff made Whataburger a great experience today!

I saw online that Whataburger was giving away soccer balls for the World Cup, so I called ahead before making the drive. I spoke with Christian and asked if they had any soccer balls left. He told me they still had a few available, so I decided to head over.

When I arrived, I placed my order, and Christian overheard me asking about the soccer balls. He kindly gave me two of them and was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Even with a dining room full of customers, he took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. I had originally ordered my food for dine-in, but later asked if it could be packed to go, and he gladly accommodated my request.

After receiving my food, I had the chance to chat with Christian for a few minutes. During our conversation, he mentioned that he works in marketing, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about creating a positive experience for customers. His positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help really stood out.

Employees like Christian are a big reason why I continue to choose Whataburger. Thank you, Christian, for making my visit such a great experience!

What happened to this Whataburger???? Started off with fresh food and smiling faces when they opened and now all you get is bad attitude, horrible service and horrible food. Anymore they take your money then have you park or wait forever and BTW this chicken sandwich is unacceptable. Horrible! Why is sauce inside the patty and loose breading everywhere and burned on other parts? What is this type of chicken? Maybe look at chic fil-a supplier because this is 711 quality. Burgers are usually good here but this chicken sandwich is a head scratcher and then the fries were half done today. Anytime I go in there around 3 or 4 it is the worst.

Here and it is immaculate. It's by far the cleanest and most organized place around. Staff are always helpful as can be. Not a fan of all the religious stuff all over the walls but some people believe they need that, I guess.
