Sammy is amazing very friendly and helpful. It was my first time there and he was very patient while we looked at the menu. He made recommendations and made the desert sound so good I had to try it 😄 (it was good). The food was comparable to olive garden which has been my go to Italian restaurant but I think FAZOLI'S will be taking that spot now. They are just as yummy and they are cheaper. All of the employees seemed happy and like they didn't mind being at work which is a plus to me. Thanks Sammy for making our first time there enjoyable!

Every one of you are Rockstars!! Every step of the dining experience was delightful. Ordering, eating and observing you guys work with fantastic attitudes, team work and such joyful synchronicity speaks volumes to your work ethic and management. I am so impressed. I can't believe that in 2026, the age of nasty attitudes, laziness and horrible customer service, that I was blessed enough to have a meal in an environment that was so warm and welcoming. It was an extremely busy day and I came when there was a line. That line cleared, people were seated with drinks, salads, bread sticks and their delicious food within 10 minutes!!! INCREDIBLE JOB!!! I have been eating at various Fazoli's restaurants since the 1990s, so you could say I'm a Fazoli's fan. Unfortunately, each time I eat at this location, my experience is worse than the last. The staff are friendly enough, but it takes longer and longer to actually receive my food. I don't know if this location is understaffed or there are simply too many items on the menu, but a lot of focus seems to be on the drive-thru and take-out side of the business, and not much attention given to the dine-in experience. When I ate there this week, most of the tables in the restaurant were dirty and had not been wiped down. Dirty plates and silverware left on tables for the entire 45 minutes I was in the restaurant. The area where I'm supposed to get my silverware had only 2 forks, and they were both dirty. My wife found a hair in her food. These are very basic cleanliness and service standards. If things don't improve, I may not eat at this location again.

Amazing costumer service and excellent quality of food. I was greeted and my order arrived promptly while being checked in. I was given a to-go box with extra bread sticks to go.

Overall, great experience and nothing bad to say about this place.

Kyle provided an excellent dining experience from start to finish. When he took my order, he was friendly, upbeat, and very patient, making sure everything was right and answering my questions without making me feel rushed. His positive attitude really stood out and set the tone for a great meal.
When my food came out, Kyle was efficient, attentive, and professional. He checked in at the perfect times, made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it, and handled everything with care. His patience and attention to detail made a big difference, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about providing good service. I would definitely recommend Kyle and would be happy to be served by him again.
