I was picking up an order for a large group of 15+. I went inside to pick up and was greeted by the most friendly customer service employee. She was very prompt in getting my order and checking to make sure that everything was with the order. Which I greatly appreciate as there is nothing more annoying than leaving with an order and something is missing. The food was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this location.

I love city bites! Wonderful food and staff. BUTTT four stars because they should've never gotten rid of the tomato soup. 😭 I used to get it multiple times a week and I miss it so much.

I had a sandwich that got messed up on 7/13 so I went the next day to get a replacement, and the girl who made my sandwich (7/14 Around 7:40 pm) had a serious attitude problem. So much so that she put old brown avocado on my sandwich! I bet SHE wouldn't eat that! So why put it on my replacement sandwich!? Rolling her eyes and everything!! I couldn't even eat the sandwich! Waste of $15. Never coming back here. I was made to feel like a huge inconvenience and served old rotten food.

Most city bites locations don't make sandwiches correct if you ask to remove or substitute ingredients. This location is one of them. I'm not sure if the substitution and minus ingredients show up in the kitchen where orders are made or if the workers care enough to make the order different than is standard with all ingredients. But I rarely eat city bites because this. I do not like getting a sandwich remade. One location on 122nd and May made my sandwich wrong 4 times before I scraped all the mayo, which I asked to be substituted with mustard, and left it in a thin schmear all over the table I ate the sandwich at.

We visited the location on 39th street. The lady taking our order was so sweet. Her customer skills were exceptional. The food was fresh and the restaurant was clean. I would love some updated funky decor.

We love the Italian on everything wheat bread. Love their crushed peppers I think they send the flavor over the top. I've ordered online the last few times and they have it ready when I arrive. Just found out I can go through the drive thru for pick up of online orders as well. Over the years any of their sandwiches and their baked potatoes have always been so good.
