This has quickly become my favorite spot in Rochester. The service, quality of food, attention, communication, you name it… was impeccable. They deal with a unique population of regulars, normal customers, patients of the Mayo, and everybody else in the healthcare community at the clinic. I watched them aid people who had mobility issues. I saw them park scooters after someone sat at their table, and at the same time give our large group attention that rival anywhere else in the US. 10/10 experience. They have my future business.

Exceptional from start to finish! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband and I had an absolutely incredible experience at Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Rochester. Everything was exceptional—the service, the ambiance, the beautiful patio, and, of course, the food. The food was truly out of this world!

We enjoyed it so much that we came back a second night—and were thrilled to have the same server, Corey! A special shout-out to Corey for being so welcoming, professional, accommodating, and genuinely such a pleasure. Corey made us feel so comfortable and taken care of, and we truly appreciated the wonderful service.

We also want to recognize Xavi, the General Manager, who couldn’t have been kinder. It was clear that he genuinely wanted us to have a beautiful experience, and that personal touch meant so much to us.

Thank you, Ruth’s Chris, Corey, and Xavi, for making our time in Rochester so special. We will absolutely be back! ❤️🥩✨

I really enjoyed this location of Ruth’s Chris! The drinks were amazing. The steak was also very tasty. I got a filet mignon with a truffle crust. I got a pomegranate martini and a blueberry Mojito. The restaurant is just a walk across the street from the Marriott. It is also in the lobby of the killer so it is very convenient if you’re staying in nearby hotels. The service was fantastic and the restaurant was very clean and neat. I will definitely be back next time I come to visit.

We ate here for our Anniversary dinner last night and the food and service was all top notch. Everyone was very welcoming and they ensured we had everything we needed the entire time we were there. The server explained the menu to us and answered any questions we had with the wine selection. If you want excellent food with great service look no further.

Going there on a thursday, the waitstaff were super attentive and helpful in both explaining the menu, the hot plate that the steaks are served on, and helping with wine selection. Even when I gave my thoughts about the martini being a bit too sour they stepped up and sweetened it which made it all the better. Lastly the streak was fantastic, properly cooked and kept hot via the plate. A big thanks to both the manager and my server Grace for making it such a wonderful experience.
