M & M Auto is one of those rare, old-school mechanic shops that’s getting harder and harder to find—and that’s exactly why it’s so good.

Is it flashy? Nope.
Is it visually impressive or packed with a fancy waiting room, snacks, or spotless décor? Also nope.
And honestly… who cares?

What you want in a mechanic is honesty, fair pricing, clear communication, and—most importantly—trust. John, the owner, embodies all of that. He never upsells, never pressures you into unnecessary work, and always shoots straight. He knows his stuff, and so does his team.

The crew may be a little rougher around the edges, but they’re genuinely kind, authentic, good people—just honest folks doing honest work.

I’ve been coming here for several years with multiple different vehicles, and every single experience has been solid. Consistent quality. Consistent integrity.

A couple honest notes:

Some services (like oil changes) might not be the absolute cheapest in town—but the quality and trust are 100% worth paying a little extra for.

Their service can sometimes be a bit slower since they’re not a huge operation with endless staff, bays, etc. But again, the service, cost, and workmanship are worth the wait.

John is an especially kind, down-to-earth person. He recently lost his wife, which absolutely broke my heart—but he’s back at work, focused on serving people and doing right by his customers. Truly an impressive, resilient and salt-of-the-earth human being.

John’s even helped me out with small things pro-bono over the years out of courtesy and relationship—don’t expect that, but it says everything about his character. They deserve every dime they earn.

If you want a trustworthy, no-nonsense, honest mechanic, this is your place. I wish every repair shop operated like M & M Auto. I recommend them to anyone and everyone without hesitation.

I needed work on my 94 Ford Ranger. One repair shop would't work on it because of age, so I tried M & M. I'm glad I found them. The check engine light was on. The problem was electrical. They found it and fixed it, and also replaced a thermostat. I'm very happy with the job they did. They're honest and fair, and I highly recommend them.

I recommend you check with this place for all your repairs. As many other reviewers said, they are super honest and the price is probably the best in town.

I was able to replace my brake pads and rotors at a small fraction of the price another mechanic asked. (The strange thing is that the other mechanic also has a very high Google rating).

I am very happy, and I think M & M is the best mechanic shop we have in tow.

Took my car to M&M after it broke down driving into town. They were able to get it fixed the next day and now it's running better than ever. Repair costs were reasonable and everyone was professional and friendly. I would recommend them if you need work done on your car.
