I recently purchased a vehicle from Renfrew Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and was extremely pleased with the entire experience. Sales representative Zachary was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the process, making the purchase smooth and stress-free.

I would also like to recognize Hayden in the finance department for clearly explaining all options and ensuring everything was handled efficiently. Manager Michael was courteous, supportive, and committed to providing excellent customer service throughout the process.

Receptionist Tiffany was welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment I arrived. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service helped make the experience even more enjoyable.

I would also like to thank Brian, the Service Manager, for his professionalism and for taking the time to answer my questions.

The professionalism, dedication, and teamwork demonstrated by Zachary, Hayden, Michael, Tiffany, and Brian made this a truly outstanding vehicle-buying experience. I highly recommend Renfrew Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone looking for exceptional service and a customer-focused team. Thank you all for making my vehicle purchase such a positive and memorable experience.

We had a good experience they were awesome to deal with. Jackson was great. Would definitely recommend this dealership as we tried the tried the one in Pembroke and the difference in honest dealings was like night and day. Will always drive the extra 45 min to deal with Renfrew Chrysler. Awesome job by all of you.
