A complete waste of time and effort. You cannot trust these people. Their words are worthless. They are completely disorganized and only God knows how they can stay in business and make a living with this kind of service.
Phoned the posted U-Haul number from their website and talked to a lady named Pat. She was very nice and courteous. I asked her if they had a hitch for a 2008 Tucson and she said they did. She booked an appointment for the next day at 7:45 and asked me if it was too early. I said that was fine. She sent me the contract to my email address. So I took the day off to make sure that I would get a hitch on that day. The next day I show up at 7:00 to make sure I was there ahead of time. I stood in line for more than 1/2 hour and then when it was my turn, I'm informed that they don't do hitch installations before 9:00, they didn't have the part, that I wasn't registered for an appointment (even if my contract said I did) and they were completely booked for the next few days. They blamed the call center, briefly apologized and called out for the next customer. It's that simple... Just blame someone else and you're off the hook. Who's going to pay for my day off. The day that I trusted these people to do what they told me they would do. It's too bad that I can't give them negative points because one star is by far too generous.

Bought a hitch for my '95 Grand Caravan a few years ago. Quick installation, including the wiring, and what looked like a good quality hitch. The PLUS ... best price in town! .. by far.

Next week they are installing a Class III weight distributing hitch on my 2007 Grand Caravan .. and the wiring, etc. Their price .. less than 1/2 the Chrysler dealer!

For hitches, I would happily recommend them to friends, and have done.

We were told that the confirmed day reservation was only to 3:00PM, the wrong mileage was on the invoice to start, the truck was out of washer fluid, we were overcharged even though we corrected the mileage reading, the credit card readers wouldn't work, people were being turned away since they couldn't find their reservation on the computer, everyone was unhappy. We did save about $25 over Budget's price but it wasn't worth it. The poor employees are working their hearts out in a terrible organization with poor facilities. Coventry Rd Ottawa location.

We booked our truck for 10:am got there at 5 after waited in line for 1/2 an hour to find our the truck we book was not working. Two other ppl did not return there trucks. The girl called the customer and threaten them that she will call the police if they don't return the truck asap. I asked to cancelled my order because I didn't want to put up with that kind of customer service. Horrible experience. Never would I ever recommend any one of the coventry location.
