The marketplace itself is daunting and it's easy to sign up for a plan that isn't what you need since everyone has different needs. I worked with Laurelle Geter. The process was fast and easy.

Two months after my plan was setup I realized I made a mistake and missed a payment by 1 day. The insurance company cancelled my plan.

When I called to try to sort it out with the insurance company they told me there was nothing they could do. It was policy that once a plan was cancelled for non-payment it could not be reinstated and I would have to wait until the next enrollment period at the end of the year to get insurance again.

I reached out to Ms Geter to see if she could help me get my policy reinstated. She quickly got me on a phone call with someone and an appeal was filed. Shockingly, my insurance company reinstated my insurance policy and back dated it to the date my plan originally started.

I would not have insurance if it were not for Ms Geter and her amazing communication skills, knowledge, and prompt support. Someone give Ms Geter a raise! She's a life saver.
