The definition of a caring, passionate, focused hard working gentleman. Many agents in the past have disappointed me before after assuring to me that my requests would all be covered-then when it comes down to making an appointment the health insurance does not cover the provider, medication, nothing at all. Armando has been a HUGE help a magnificent blessing because of his determination to beat all odds into finding and presenting options for you to choose. I can finally say now that I have an ACTIVE HEALTH INSURANCE AGAIN since last year also the doctors, medications, my needs are all met thanks to Mr.Jalou.
He is ONE of ANY kind. I have never had anyone go above and beyond to find me the near perfect plan for all of my health demands. I am typing this honest review to share my experience and the satisfactory outcome NO ONE but Mr.J was able to make happen for me. Thank you so much Armando. For your hard work into helping me search and search for an option that benefits my health and I can finally go see my doctor again. I am not the healthiest person so I did have demands and requirements for Mr.Jalou and he NEVER gave up nor (like other agents in the past) told me there was nothing else out there for me one could do anymore. He truly exceeded my expectations and I am beyond thankful for the time and effort he puts his all into answering all my questions, explaining any confusing statements, presenting not one but many options, even when it seemed there was nothing else left for me, he always found another option. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for never treating me like one of those demanding clients and for always happily working to meet my demands.
