Excellent tiffin service. We customized our order to include chicken every day. The quantity of the Sabji and curry is enough for two meals. The protein is less for someone who wants a high protein diet but you can customize that too if needed. The taste is definitely more like home cooked meal and not restaurant quality. We prefer that since it is less oily or creamy and seems more healthy. They are great with logistics and deliver on time mostly. They are also flexible. It has been such a saviour with a newborn at home. Highly recommend them!

Bytown Tiffins has genuinely been a wonderful experience for me. Every meal tastes fresh, wholesome, and truly like home-style Indian cooking. The flavours are always balanced — never too oily or too spicy — and you can really feel the care that goes into each dish. I’m also very impressed with how consistent they are. Deliveries are always on time, and the food is brought right to the doorstep, which makes everything so convenient. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for healthy, tasty, homemade-style Indian food in Ottawa. They are truly one of the best services I’ve come across.

I got Bytown Tiffins for two weeks and had a very good experience. The prices are great and they are very communicative and look for feedback - for example they were able to reduce the spice level after the first day for me, and accomodate some other dietary requirements very respectfully. I will say the type of food is largely North Indian and that's something to keep in mind for your taste. However, they post their weekly menu online and you are able to decide if you would like to proceed accordingly. The quantity of the food, even for one person is quite a lot! I have found I have leftovers often.

The Chicken Tikka Pizza is a standout, marrying tandoori perfection with a pizza while mango lassi , completes the experience. This place is worth every delicious second!

Bytown pizza has delicious Indian-styled pizzas. I tried their Paneer Makhani and Chicken tikka pizzas and they both were super delicious . The fusion of Indian flavours with cheesy goodness has worked fantastic. I highly recommend this place for their exclusive pizzas.
