First timer at DiBella's. The staff was very helpful and very friendly.
I got the 10-inch cheesesteak sub as it just sounded good. It was good, but seemed the last few inches or so of the sub on both sides lacked meat. Just don't feel the cost for the sub was worth it.

2nd time going to this store. Tried the drive through, there was an issue with the app ordering the sub. The manager quickly came over and completely resolved the problem that was with the app not anyone there or that location! Yes I waited a few extra min. for a fresh sub to be assembled...the manager upgraded my order with One of the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had and a small bag of chips! She definitely went above and beyond making sure everything was taken care of and both sides were happy!

Hey my this is a great place if you want good hospitality! Then the service was nice! The with time was great! The chicken Philly sub yum yum! My cousin told me about the place. I had to try I live in far East of town; which I I’m sure (hint hint) one is coming! Stop over & check them out!!!🌯🥗🥤🧃

First time trying DiBella’s subs.
This was in New Albany, Ohio

I was impressed.

The nice women who took my order could not be nicer. Explained how to order the subs a gave me suggestions. Great customer service.

I got the 10” Godfather Sub. It was unlike any 10 inch sub I ever seen. $11.39

I also got the 10” DiBella’s Cheesesteak Sub
It was amazing. Good steak flavor. Nice bun it was served on. $12.39

My wife got the boring Ham and Turkey sub. (double meat) She STOLE half of my Philly Chresesteak sub after she took one bite.

8/10.

We look forward to the next time.

This was an average experience all around with the exception of the chocolate chip cookie with walnuts. The subs were made with very fresh bread but they were not generous with the filling. I felt like each sub needed double the meat. The cookies were very much so above average for a chain restaurant but as a restaurant specializing in sandwiches, I felt it fair to base this review based on them.
