Called to make an enquiry about a vehicle from this dealer. drove nearly 40 minutes to get there, was informed I would only be able to see the vehicle but a test drive of even 1-2 km without a 10% non- refundable deposit would not be offered. I wonder where in the world people buy used vehicles without a test drive. Maybe he thought I was a time waster/ unserious buyer but I had driven a long distance to Guelph hoping to close a deal.
They appeared courteous but asking 10% non-refundable worth thousands of dollars before a test drive is definitely ridiculous . Imagine if the car had significant faults , one would instantly go home with a huge loss..

Truly incredible experience. Talib was just amazing to deal with, he is so humble and down to earth. Just a breath of fresh air compared to car salesman of the passed and I truly look forward to dealing with him again in the near future on a vehicle for my wife. I recently had an issue with my car that needed to be addressed. I called Talib who said "what would you like me to do " not to be spiteful but because he genuinely wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience at Sass. He got the car fixed exactly as I asked and I'm on the road again. I can not say enough about my experience with Talib and Sass. If a person is not satisfied here it's because they were unclear about their expectations.
