King's came out and repaired out water heater. Monroe was prompt and did a great job diagnosing our issue. After finding out it wasn't installed correctly when out home was built he worked through the issue. Price was fair and I will definitely be using King's again for any plumbing needs I have.

Went in on the advice of a friend, for a small piece to a bathroom faucet. Had been to 2 other stores and unable to find what I needed. Steve at Kings did not think they had one either but he did not just give up and he did indeed find the right one! Steve was helpful, friendly and I am truly appreciative for the great customer service!

Great service call. The pricing was fair and transparent (Hours + Parts). We have a 30+ year old pilot furnace. We have had 3 previous service calls from other providers, and none of them were able to service the furnace due to its age and their knowledge and parts availability. All we got were quotes for new systems or contract sales pitches. We got none of that from King's. They sent a seasoned service technician (Steve) who grew up working with these older units. In the first 10 minutes of the visit, he had the furnace taken apart more than any of the last 3 service calls with other companies. He found dirt and debris in places that should have been cleaned years ago, but were missed. We had a broken plastic knob on the valve. Instead of a pricey new valve, he went to the shop and scavenged a part from an older valve. Problem solved. He cleaned and serviced all parts that were serviceable and replaced a few maintenance items. Out the door in less than 2 hours. He was friendly and let me watch and gave me advice on maintenance on top of it all. Great service visit. Would highly recommend.

First and foremost, the price was by far the best when I went to compare against others that you see around town.

As with any home project, there’s always things that come up. Jerry King along with Stephen, Matt, Josh and Eli went above and beyond to help me find a solution. The four gentlemen that worked to install my new gas, furnace and air conditioner as well as helping me deal with the gas line issue were all very professional and took the extra time to make sure that I understood everything that was being done.

I would highly recommend King’s Heating and Plumbing and I’m so glad that I signed up for the annual service feature that they offer.

Thank you again for a great customer experience at a very reasonable price.
