Copied the text: When I arrived, I was told they had my regular oil then once they dropped the oil out of my car they said they didn’t have my oil so they told me I had to use high mileage oil. My car only had about 45k miles when I went in. I’m just upset about it because I was forced to pay for the high priced high mileage oil since they had already dropped the oil out of my car. It wasn’t like I could just drive away. It makes you feel like you can’t trust them putting oil in your car because why didn’t they make sure if they had the regular oil when they first asked me which oil I wanted… they said they had the regular oil and then dropped the oil out of my car and then said they didn’t have my regular oil. I’m not a car expert, but that doesn’t sound right. Why would I need to put high mileage oil in a car with lower miles.. Thanks.

My husband and I absolutely love coming to Valvoline in La Porte! We’ve been coming here for a while now. Starting with just oil changes, and eventually trusting them with other services they offer too. They’re always fast, informative, and provide all-around great service. My car always leaves happy and purring. 😂❤️

Tanner has been the CSR for all of my services, and he is seriously top-notch! He’s knowledgeable, helpful, and always great to have a conversation with. Daniel, Robert, and the rest of the team are amazing as well. Everyone makes you feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment you pull in.

As a woman, I especially appreciate having somewhere I can take my car without feeling stressed, pressured, or worried about whether I’m being taken advantage of. I genuinely trust these guys to take care of me and my vehicle, and that means a lot.

Great people, great service, and a great team. We’ll definitely continue coming back! ❤️

Awesome Experience The Crew Went Above And Beyond. My car instantly had a better ride after the services I chose thank you! Will come back again soon awesome service Cheap prices they may try to offer you other services but they are way cheaper than the car places in the area.

The guy who performed the oil change was very nice, quick and efficient. He talked me through each step, was very helpful. He also pointed out a few things that my car was in need of getting done, such as a transmission fluid change based on how many miles are on my car. He gave me a print out of all the suggested things along with pricing. Answered every question I had.

I have been using Valvoline probably 10+ years for all of my company trucks. The service quality has greatly diminished over the 10 years today. I spent $400 at Valvoline and they couldn’t even get my oil wiped off the fill cap on my truck dirty handprints everywhere oil left on the differential from where they flushed. It oil left all over my transmission dipstick and then I had 9 pounds of tire pressure difference between my right side and left side. I will not use your service again and I highly recommend others check all your services before they leave the property to make sure it was done as stated.
