Good service. Very professional. They were able to accommodate us in a short time notice.

A wasted workday waiting all day only to have no one show up... I had to leave several messages and try to understand what had happened, only to receive bogus explanations and be offered a later date... Afterwards, I took the trouble to send a text message to indicate that I had managed to find someone in the meantime and that I no longer needed them for the scheduled date. No reply or confirmation... I assume the person received it since no one was there at the scheduled date and time. Quite a poor level of customer service and professionalism.

“Amazing experience! The plumber arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and fixed everything with great attention to detail. Very honest, clean, and professional. I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely use their services again.”
