Recently had our sewer line replaced. Rooter hero representatives were flexible, courteous, and quick. They performed rework to correct a workmanship concern with the replacement concrete poured at the end of the project. Overall good experience.

Follow up service was horrible‼️They left a job unfinished and would not return my calls. Sent me to the complaint dept who called me back three different times and still no follow up from the service dept! I would not recommend them from a customer service point of view...but, isn't customer service EVERYTHING?!?!

My bbq sink was not draining well and Nathaniel Romero was able to fix it and now it drains well. highly recommend this place.

Great experience with Nate the technician. Love that he wore booties and left the place clean. That's a first for us! Great communication from HQ, as well. thank you!
