My car broke down on a road trip, and I’m so glad I got a second opinion and repair from this shop. They were upfront about the diagnostic/ repair plan and pricing, patient with my endless questions, and competitively priced with warrantied aftermarket parts (parts and labor). They replaced what they needed to, inspected during the job, and didn’t repair/replace what didn’t need it. I wish I lived closer, so they could be my auto shop for all work. Many thanks!

Derek’s is a very honest and trustworthy auto shop. Tim at the front desk is very straightforward in explaining any repairs. There is absolutely no “upselling”. The prices are very reasonable and Derek’s stands behind its work!

I scheduled for AC services and was booked for an appointment quickly. I was initially quoted for AC refrigerant recharge, however, when they used tracer dye, they found that my condenser had a leak which needed to be replaced. This is common for my vehicle (2018 Silverado) so I had anticipated that might be a possibility. I had them order a replacement condenser which successfully solved my issue. They requested that I bring the vehicle back in 2-4 weeks later to have another round of tracer dye injected into the line to ensure the problem was completely fixed. So far, so good! Tim was great about communicating updates to me during the process.

Tim is always awesome whenever I call in needing some help. Quite frankly, all the guys that work here are awesome. They have helped me with three safety inspections (for three vehicles), and they even got my van some new brake pads and rotors (with a great warranty!). They are quick, efficient, and super friendly. They also helped me fix a light on a car that had been broken for almost a year. They found a simple, affordable solution. I hope I do not need any more vehicle repairs or maintenance... But, if I do, I am definitely going to come see these guys.

The best, hands down. The front desk guy is top tier. Dude needs a raise like yesterday. Great communication and explanations of everything. I have a BMW and they're 20% cheaper than any BMW dealership. I have zero reason to go anywhere else for anything. They have my business.
